  1. Procurement and Beneficiaries Manager

Oversee the strategic growth of our food & non-food donor partnerships, as well as the redistribution of surplus alongside multiple parties (Logistics, Volunteers, Charities, Food Donors) to meet our community’s food needs as effectively as possible. If you are efficient, diplomatic and determined to make a change, we could use you on our team! 

Qualifications: 

  • Full time position with an NGO requiring graduate degree and 5+ years work experience or 2+ years of line management experience. 
  • Client facing role so experience of engaging with stakeholders/customers/clients is essential. Must demonstrate an ability to engage exceptionally well with people from a wide range of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
  • Well versed with MS Office (particularly Excel) + Google Docs/Office to produce monthly reports (including monthly donation photos)

2. Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities include ensuring the organisation operates in a smooth and efficient manner by overseeing office and administrative operations, including coordinating tasks in legal, finance, human resources and IT. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure your organisation runs smoothly, this could be the job for you! 

Qualifications: 

  • Full time position with an NGO requiring graduate degree and 6+ years work experience / 3+ years line management experience. 
  • Ability to demonstrate an ability to coordinate cross departmental roles including legal, finance, data admin and human resources.

3. Warehouse Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities include assisting the Warehouse and Logistics Manager to ensure maximum efficiency of warehouse operations including storage, distribution, record keeping and general maintenance of all logistics infrastructure. If you prefer hands-on work and are a team player, this is the job for you!  

Qualification: 

  • Full time position with an NGO requiring a diploma graduate and 3+ years work experience. Reports to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager.

  • Physical fitness and ability to move stock in a safe manner  
  • Experience in supply chain, warehouse management & inventory experience 
  • Excellent organisational skills  
  • Good administrative writing & reporting ability

4. Data Administrator

Responsibilities include ensuring the precise collection, analysis and application of data while providing a seamless flow of information between all departments, creating a structured back-end and an accessible front-end. If data is your thing and you love to introduce efficiency wherever you go, we need you on our team! 

Qualifications: 

  • Full time position with an NGO requiring graduate degree and 3+ years work experience. 
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with experience in database administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people, and perform cross-departmental co-ordination

5. Volunteer Coordinator

Responsibilities include working closely with all operational departments to efficiently coordinate volunteer tasks as well as leading the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of our volunteer programme to meet our current growth aspirations. If you are a people person who likes to nurture the abilities of others, we could use your help!   

Qualifications: 

  • Full time position with an NGO requiring graduate degree and 3+ years work experience. Reports to the Business Operations Manager.
  • A project manager with a creative mindset, good organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and cope with limited resources.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal, which will be useful in giving presentations, creating reference guides, training manuals, and other volunteer coordination materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people with the capacity to inspire, influence and motivate;
