Geoff has over 35 years of international food retailing experience, most recently as CEO of The Food Purveyor in Malaysia. Geoff is keen on progressing migrating Malaysia consumers to more sustainable behaviours including reducing food waste. Geoff is currently a non-executive board member of Holland & Barrett.
President
Sarah Grasset is a co-founder of The Lost Food Project and serves as Vice President, focusing on grants, partnerships, and communications. She has been with the organisation since its early days in 2015 and has helped shape the systems and relationships that support its work across Malaysia. She recently co-author of a peer-reviewed paper in the California Management Review exploring food rescue as a circular supply chain model. Sarah brings a combination of strategic vision and long term hands-on commitment to the mission of ensuring that good food reaches the people who need it most.
Vice President
Nadiah Hanim Abdul Latif is a sustainability and corporate affairs leader with over two decades of cross-sector experience spanning corporate, NGO, humanitarian, academia, and policy advisory. She works at the intersection of strategy, advocacy, and public health, with a focus on rare diseases, child and disability rights, and inclusion. She serves as President of the Malaysian Rare Disorders Society, Board Member of Rare Diseases International, and Co-Chair of the Global Rare Disease Network Working Group on Care Pathways.
Beyond rare disease leadership, Nadiah is an Adjunct academic, Media Anchor, socialpreneur, and Child Court Advisor for the Petaling District. Her work spans landmark initiatives in child protection, business and human rights, and coordinated care across national and international levels. She believes meaningful progress happens when we listen deeply, work collectively, and act with both courage and kindness.
Secretary
Pek Chin has over 25 years of experience in finance & banking. Her role as the Treasurer of the Lost Food Project is her way of using her experience as a leverage to give back and make a difference.
Treasurer
Terence Siau’s experience spans strategy consulting, global corporate leadership and high-growth technology platforms. He most recently worked in the Founder’s Office at Sea Limited, partnering closely with the founders on strategic initiatives and expansion across Southeast Asia and Latin America, while also serving as Country Chairman for Malaysia and chairing local operating entities. He later led the formation of Ryt Bank under Malaysia’s digital banking licensing framework and joined its Board following regulatory approval. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Johnson Controls. He continues to contribute at board level, with a focus on governance, institutional development and initiatives related to technology, sustainability and financial inclusion.

Selina Yeop is a seasoned PR practitioner with more than 25 years of experience and runs her own PR firm in Malaysia. Alongside her long standing career in PR, Selina has also pursued her passion for fashion, creating her own label. In addition, Selina has dedicated herself to raising her three boys and contributing to underserved communities, demonstrating a strong commitment to making a positive impact.

Johnny is a leading consultant in logistics supply chain in Asia who is happy to join TLFP to help in the course in reducing food waste and ensuring the food is used to support people in need. Johnny is the Managing Director of Logistics Solutions Integrators Sdn Bhd.

Yatela is the CEO of the Sime Darby Foundation; the corporate charity where she carried out philanthropy work for more than half of her career. Before this, she was an internal auditor at Sime Darby. From her accounting background, Yatela completed her doctoral degree on the subject of education for the underprivileged. Her interest in assisting the needy while taking climate action motivates her to lend her experience and skills to The Lost Food Project, towards achieving its noble objectives.

Sheikh Farouk is a corporate leader with more than two decades of experience spanning retail, finance and strategic business leadership. Prior to his current engagements, he served as Managing Director of AEON BiG and held multiple regional and global leadership roles during his 18-year tenure with Nestlé. He is also Chairman of Impact Integrated, an organisation under the purview of Malaysia’s Ministry of Youth and Sports that focuses on youth empowerment and social impact initiatives. His commitment to sustainability and community development motivates him to support The Lost Food Project in creating meaningful and lasting impact through food rescue efforts
