Food Procurement and Distribution
Be at the forefront of saving surplus food from going to landfill and help distribute it to the needy. There are three different roles within Food Procurement and Distribution.
We need help finding more food to rescue and redistribute. Here you will be researching new contacts, forging new relationships and helping to sign up new food donors. You will also be helping to manage the relationship with existing food partners.
For this you should be:
- passionate about reducing food waste and eliminating food poverty
- be comfortable calling and speaking on the phone and in person
- be pro-active and able to work independently
- have attention to detail and happy to do regular follow-ups
- available during weekdays
