We are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new warehouse – The Lost Food Project (TLFP) Central! The new warehouse, located at Chan Sow Lin. TLFP Central will serve as the central hub for our food rescue operations. The opening ceremony was on the 19th of March, and was graced by TLFP’s Royal Patron, Her Royal Highness Tuanku Zara Salim, Raja Permaisuri of Perak Darul Ridzuan, who highlighted the importance of redirecting surplus to those who need it most in her opening remarks. TLFP’s Patron Tan Sri Jemilah Mahmood also spoke in a video message during the launch, emphasizing the importance of empowering communities through action.
With the launch of our new warehouse, we will be able to rescue and redistribute even more surplus food to those in need. Thank you to all our supporters who have made this possible, especially our generous donors and volunteers who have dedicated their time and resources to make a difference in our community. We are excited about the opportunities this new warehouse will bring, and we look forward to continuing to work together to fight food waste and hunger.
